Healing Centered Restorative Engagement (HCRE) Foundations
Healing Centered Restorative Engagement (HCRE) Foundations is a friendly, self-paced eLearning course (approximately 5 hours) designed for anyone ready to foster well-being, belonging, and resilience in the workplace. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and grow.
Through engaging lessons and interactive activities, participants explore what trauma is and how it impacts individuals and organizations, practice practical well-being strategies to build personal and collective resilience, and discover the nine core HCRE principles that guide healing-centered, values-driven culture change.
This course goes beyond traditional trauma-informed training to introduce a strengths-based, relationship-centered framework that emphasizes collective care, inclusion, and long-term sustainability. Participants will also explore the HCRE certification tiers that this course will build the foundation for—Seed Planter, Growth Guide, and Cultivator—to identify their own pathway for continued growth.
